How we get the personal information and why we have it
The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you if you have contacted us using our online ‘Contact Us’ form.
The personal information we receive is

· Email address
We only use the information to respond to your request.
We never share this information unless we suspect this to be a potential phishing message and if so, we may report this to the National Cyber Security Centre using the Suspicious Email Reporting Service (SERS)

We do not store this information and for queries which require a response we aim to respond within 24 hours at which time your original request will be securely destroyed. If we are experiencing high volumes of requests this may take up to 7 working days.
For all other queries these will be destroyed within a 7-day period.
Where we provide links to websites of other organisations, this privacy notice does not cover how that organisation processes personal information. We encourage you to read the privacy notices on the other websites you visit.
How to complain

You can also complain to the ICO if you are unhappy with how we have used your data.
