Hayley is a high calibre Senior Business Analyst/Product Specialist who is passionate about agile delivery. Having worked in a number of sectors including Central Government, Retail, Transportation, Finance and Pharmaceutical Hayley is always willing to take on a new challenge and share her passion for digital excellence and transformation.
She’s able to work well with others and always brings enthusiasm and awareness to projects and considers herself to be a real team player. When working in a team Hayley strongly believes it’s Attitude before Aptitude and is passionate about coaching team members to get them to their full potential.
Hayley has a wealth of experience to share and likes to focus on user-centric design approaches to make sure the end product is what the customer really wants.
